  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping/ Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Orders placed before 6.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Shipments through, different delivery service if created before 06:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-6 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website.

In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by mail at info@nexgen3d.com, mention Request Refund.

Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.

Furthermore, no warranty or refund or replacement will apply if the Product has been subject to open, use, handling issue, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way., we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. NEXT GENERATION 3D PRINTERS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

 

Changing or Cancelling an Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it cancelled? You can ask us (by Email only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it.

Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.)

Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by our technical team, we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package) otherwise return void.

Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
